Data-deletion instructions

You can request deletion of information held by Nevosoft Character Studio (ai-characters) without signing in to the Studio.

1. Tell us which information to remove

Include the platform name (for example, Instagram or Facebook), the affected username or public profile/Page link, and the information you want deleted. If you are an operator, include the email you used to access the Studio. If your request concerns a comment, include a link to the relevant post and enough detail to identify the comment.

Send only information needed to identify the records. Do not send passwords, App Secrets or access tokens.

2. Verification and handling

We may ask you to demonstrate control of the account or explain your authority to request deletion. After verifying the request, we review the relevant Studio records, remove information within its scope where applicable, and respond by email with the outcome and any remaining limitations. The service does not currently provide an automated deletion-status portal.

A request may cover stored connection credentials and account details, imported metrics or comments, and associated content records. Limited records may need to be kept for security, audit or applicable legal requirements. Provider backups may retain earlier copies for their normal lifecycle; we will explain any applicable limitations when handling your request.

3. Stop future account access

An authorized owner can open Character Studio → Social → Connections → Instagram → Disconnect. This removes the Studio's stored token copy and disables future automatic publishing through that connection. The Studio also attempts to revoke the authorization at the platform.

You can independently remove ai-characters from the connected apps or business integrations in your Facebook/Instagram account settings. Revoking access or disconnecting stops the connection; it does not automatically erase historical records already held by the Studio. Email the request above to have those records reviewed for deletion.

4. Posts and information held by platforms

Deleting Studio records does not automatically delete posts already published on Facebook, Instagram or another platform. Manage or delete those posts through that platform. Requests about information held by Meta itself should also be made through Meta's own privacy and account controls.
