Privacy policy
Last updated October 16, 2026
This policy explains how Nevosoft Character Studio, also named ai-characters, handles information when authorized operators create AI-disclosed virtual characters and connect social accounts to prepare, review and publish content.
The service is operated under the Nevosoft name. For questions, access, correction or deletion requests, contact blagodarq@gmail.com.
1. Information the Studio processes
- Operator accounts: sign-in email, internal user identifier, roles, permissions and records of actions taken in the Studio. Cloudflare Access provides authentication.
- Connected social accounts: platform account and Page identifiers, usernames, profile links, granted permissions, connection status and token-expiry information. Delegated access tokens are stored encrypted; the Studio does not ask for or store your Facebook or Instagram password.
- Content and publication records: uploaded or generated images, video and text, captions, hashtags, editorial metadata, approval records, schedules, publishing attempts, platform post identifiers and publication links.
- Social performance and interactions: where supported and authorized, post metrics, aggregate follower/following counts, and comments including comment identifiers, usernames, text and timestamps. These are obtained through official platform APIs.
- Technical and support information: request and security logs, errors, audit events, and information you provide when contacting us. Hosting and authentication providers may process IP addresses, browser information and other connection metadata to operate and protect the service.
2. Why this information is used
The Studio uses information to authenticate operators, manage authorized connections, generate and review content, publish approved posts, display results and comments, maintain reliable operation, prevent misuse and answer support or privacy requests.
Connecting an account does not itself publish a post. Posts require human approval. Scheduled automatic publishing requires a separate opt-in on an approved post. Comment access in the Studio is read-only; it does not send replies or moderate comments.
3. Service providers and disclosure
- Cloudflare provides hosting, authentication, database and file storage, queues, operational services and, when selected, AI inference and Gateway routing.
- Meta and other connected platforms process authorization requests and receive content and publishing instructions when an operator uses their integration. Their own policies govern data held on their platforms.
- Selected AI and rendering services process prompts and content submitted to generation or assistance features. The provider depends on the Studio configuration and task. Operators should avoid including unnecessary personal information in these inputs. Social access tokens are used for platform API authorization, not as AI prompt content.
- Authorized operators can access information according to their role. Information may also be disclosed when necessary to meet applicable legal requirements or protect the service and its users.
Service providers may process information in countries other than yours. A post sent to a social platform may be publicly visible, including its caption, media and required AI or promotional disclosure.
4. Storage and retention
The Studio uses access controls, encrypted transport, private media storage and encrypted storage of social tokens. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Records are kept while needed for the connected service, editorial work, publication history, support and security. The application does not currently apply one automatic deletion period to all records. Records may remain until an operator removes them or handles a verified deletion request. Limited security or audit records and provider backups may remain for their operational lifecycle or where retention is required.
Disconnecting a social account removes the stored access-token copy and disables future automatic publishing through that connection. It does not automatically delete earlier drafts, metrics, comments, audit history or posts already on the platform.
5. Your choices and deletion requests
You can disconnect an account in Studio → Social → Connections, revoke the app's access in the platform's account settings, or email blagodarq@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion. We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the account or are entitled to make the request. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
See the data-deletion instructions for the request process and the distinction between Studio records and data held by Meta or another platform.
6. Cookies and the public policy pages
The authenticated Studio uses the sign-in/session mechanisms needed by Cloudflare Access. These public policy pages have no application cookies, analytics scripts, advertising pixels, forms or embedded third-party resources. Infrastructure providers may still process technical request information to deliver and secure them.
7. Intended audience and changes
The Studio is intended for adult operators. Its marketing tools address adults purchasing books, rather than directing sales at children. Do not submit personal information about children to the service.
This policy may be updated when the service or its data handling changes. The current version and its update date are published on this page.
